Full Stack Python Developer III

Bank of America is seeking a Full Stack Python Developer III to join their Strategic Full Reval Capability (SFRC) technology team. This role focuses on developing risk solutions to meet enterprise-wide regulatory requirements, particularly in building scalable risk generation for Global Markets use cases.

The position involves working with a global team of skilled developers using agile methods to deliver superior trading risk technology. Key responsibilities include developing complex UI/Dashboard solutions, optimizing batch engineering processes, and creating automation tools and utilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python development skills and experience in building large-scale systems. They will be responsible for designing and developing architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while maintaining architectural integrity. The role includes mentoring other software engineers and implementing CI-CD practices.

The position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge risk platforms within Global Markets, developing solutions used by trading desks, senior trading management, market risk management, Global Risk Analytics, and Finance groups. The role requires expertise in both frontend and backend development, with particular emphasis on Python application development and UI frameworks like ReactJS.

This is a full-time position based in Chicago, requiring 40 hours per week.
