Senior Back End Developer (Application Support Engineer)

Bounteous, a leading digital transformation consultancy, is seeking a Senior Back End Developer (Application Support Engineer) to join their remote team in Canada. This role requires working UK hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK Time) and involves supporting critical production environments.

The position focuses on backend development and application support, requiring expertise in TypeScript, Java, Spring Framework, and AWS services. You'll be responsible for investigating and resolving complex issues related to React Native mobile applications, API connectivity, and third-party integrations. The role demands strong analytical skills for log analysis, performance monitoring, and root cause identification across distributed systems.

As part of a company with over 4,000 team members across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA, you'll work in a collaborative environment, interfacing with frontend support, development teams, and external partners.
