Engineering Supervisor, R & D

Broadcom's Mainframe Software Division (MSD) is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead their R&D team. This role combines technical leadership with people management, focusing on building mission-critical software products for mainframe systems. The position is crucial as mainframe systems handle 80% of the world's structured corporate data and support 55% of enterprise applications.

The role requires an experienced leader with 8+ years of industry experience who can balance multiple responsibilities including product leadership, engineering management, and team development. You'll be responsible for leading a team developing Mainframe Security and Compliance products, ensuring technical excellence through DevSecOps practices, and maintaining high code quality standards.
