Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer technical issues and support the team

Requirements:
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies
- Advanced knowledge of vSphere ESXi and vCenter Server
- Expert in troubleshooting vSphere & vCenter Server
- Experience with core vSphere features (HA/DRS/vMotion)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python/PowerShell)
- Database administration skills
