Technical Support Engineer 3 - VCF Compute

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer technical issues and support the team
• Troubleshoot and handle customer support requests
• Work on escalated customer issues
• Engage with account teams and managers
• Collaborate with engineering teams
• Develop and share expertise through case clinics and knowledge base contributions
• Possible on-site customer visits for troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies
• Advanced knowledge of vSphere ESXi and vCenter Server
• Expert in troubleshooting vSphere & vCenter Server
• Experience with core vSphere features (HA/DRS/vMotion)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python/PowerShell)
• Database administration skills
