Description For UI/UX Developer

CACI is seeking a UI/UX Developer to join their BEAGLE (Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge Information Technology) Agile Solution Factory Team supporting Customs and Border Protection in Northern Virginia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on modern, cloud-native applications in a SecDevOps environment with real CI/CD implementation.

The position involves developing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for critical national security applications. You'll be working in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create responsive and efficient user interfaces. The role requires expertise in modern frontend technologies like React, JavaScript, and core web technologies, along with experience in UI/UX design tools such as Figma.

As part of the team, you'll contribute to protecting national security by supporting CBP agents and officers who are on the front lines of customs, immigration, and border security. The work environment promotes innovation and creative problem-solving, with opportunities to work on both external-facing applications and internal tools.

Responsibilities For UI/UX Developer

  • Support the design and development of intuitive, user-centered interfaces
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure UI designs meet requirements

Requirements For UI/UX Developer

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX development
  • Experience with enterprise UI tools like Figma
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

  • Knowledge of Java and Spring frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
