As a purpose-driven carbon management firm, we're dedicated to making carbon science accessible and actionable through our end-to-end platform.

The role combines technical expertise in carbon management with client advisory services, requiring a deep understanding of energy and process engineering. As an Industrial Decarbonization Engineer, you'll lead complex carbon management advisory engagements, developing actionable recommendations for carbon reduction and removal projects. The position requires expertise in areas such as carbon capture and sequestration, chemical processing, clean transportation, or engineered carbon dioxide removal solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or PhD in engineering (or related field) or significant industry experience, combined with strong analytical and communication skills. You'll need to be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while staying current with technological and regulatory developments in the decarbonization space.

We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $198,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation policy, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, and a remote-friendly work culture. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion means we're creating an environment where different perspectives are valued and everyone can succeed.

Join us in our mission to enable organizations worldwide to reduce, remove, and utilize their emissions through carbon science.
