Responsibilities For Engineer – Service Now
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
- Integrate myHR portal with ServiceNow to streamline HR processes
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow functionalities
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system requirements
- Ensure platform stability through testing and debugging
- Provide technical support and training
- Document technical designs, processes, and workflows
Requirements For Engineer – Service Now
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 6+ years experience
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with HR applications focus
- Experience with myHR portal or similar HR systems
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (preferred)
