Responsibilities For Reservoir Engineering and Simulation Development Engineer
- Teaming with US-based R&D groups focusing on developing and deploying reservoir simulation and optimization products and workflows
- Targeted user-experience and data management development
- Application testing, pipeline, build and release in cloud platform
- Application run, maintain and user support
- Development of technical software and training documentation
- Coaching and mentoring
Requirements For Reservoir Engineering and Simulation Development Engineer
- BSc/MSc degree in Petroleum Engineering or related areas
- At least three years of experience in Petroleum Engineering or related industry
- Demonstrated fluency in engineering software development, including python, C#, C++, HPC
- Understanding of physical process associated with subsurface flow
- Understanding of subsurface uncertainty analysis and optimization technologies
- Ability to integrate reservoir simulation & optimization workflows
- Experience of customer support and understanding of subsurface business needs
- Good communication skills and work effectively in a team environment
