Responsibilities For Software Escalation Engineer - L3 (4-8y)

  • Support Cisco Intersight/UCS products
  • Handle high-profile customer escalations
  • Work with TAC, Sales, Account Teams, and customers

  • Recreate and debug issues in the lab
  • Drive solutions for customer-reported defects

Requirements For Software Escalation Engineer - L3 (4-8y)

  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, SQA, or escalation support
  • Experience with HW/SW development in x86/AMD servers or networking/storage gear
  • 3+ years of scripting and programming experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
  • Technical knowledge of public/private cloud, VMware, Linux, or Windows
  • Experience with x86/AMD hardware/software
  • Experience with public/private cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of API scripting, programming, and SQA test frameworks
  • Familiarity with Cisco UCS, HX, Nexus, MDS, or HCI products
