Requirements For Technical Consulting Engineer - Collaboration (UCCE/UCCX)

Java
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Cisco Collaboration Domain
  • Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration Solutions (CUCM, UCCE, UCCX, CVP, Jabber Endpoints)
  • Understanding of voice services and technology
  • Strong in SIP protocol, call flow & troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of RTP, CTI
  • Experience with CUBE, CUSP troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with Wireshark for networking issues
  • CCNP and/or CCIE Collaboration preferred
