We are seeking a dynamic Technical Leader to guide and mentor our team of software developers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrating network and system management applications, coupled with exceptional communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts. Responsibilities:

• Guide and mentor a team of software developers
• Integrate network and system management applications
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Prioritize and manage high-priority tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience with Object Oriented Concepts and Design, Data Structures and Algorithms
• 10+ years of expertise in Linux
• System Management expertise (Server/Network/Storage Management)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in C/C++
• Experience in a multi-threaded programming environment
• Knowledge of XML, Python, and Shell Scripting (preferred)
• Integration experience with network/system management applications
• Excellent communication skills
