Citi, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a Public Cloud Infrastructure Developer at the AVP level to join their technology team. This role combines full-stack development with cloud infrastructure expertise, focusing on implementing architecture and engineering processes for public cloud infrastructure. The position offers a competitive salary range of $96,400 - $144,600 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities For Public Cloud – Full Stack Developer – AVP
- Automate foundational infrastructure for public cloud (Accounts, Network, Compute)
- Deliver tooling and capabilities for cloud first strategy
- Provide developer-friendly cloud onboarding, account creation and management
- Ensure compliance to regulations and policy
- Develop and enforce development and engineering best practices using modern SDLC
- Develop cloud native solutions for undefined system needs
- Drive client satisfaction through process improvement and automation initiatives
- Communicate requirements/tasks to stakeholders
Requirements For Public Cloud – Full Stack Developer – AVP
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on Java development experience (Java 8/Spring Boot 2.0)
- Experience implementing secure REST services/microservices
- Experience with CI/CD build pipelines (Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Harness, Tekton, Maven, Artifactory, Jira)
- Experience with container technologies (Docker) and Kubernetes platforms
- Experience with TDD and automated UI testing frameworks
- Knowledge of middleware & distributed messaging (Kafka)
- Database experience with MongoDB and SQL
- Familiarity with Domain Driven Design and Event Driven Architecture
- Hands-on expertise in public cloud and container environments
