Senior Software Engineer, Infrastructure - Platform

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Infrastructure organization, specifically for the Compute, Routing, and Observability teams. The Infrastructure org supports the systems, services, and tooling at the foundation of Coinbase's mission to increase economic freedom. As part of the Platform Product Group, you'll be building and maintaining critical platforms used by multiple products and teams at Coinbase.

In this role, you'll design and implement foundational infrastructure components, write high-quality code, and articulate long-term visions for scaling our infrastructure. You'll work with cross-functional teams to turn product and technical visions into tangible roadmaps.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of software engineering experience, is fluent in languages like Go, Ruby, Python, or JavaScript, and has experience with cloud providers like AWS. You should be comfortable designing, building, and maintaining production services at scale.
