Collibra is seeking an Associate IT Infrastructure Engineer II to join their global IT Infrastructure team in Prague. This role combines development and infrastructure management, focusing on building and maintaining the company's internal IT systems. The position requires expertise in Python programming, Linux administration, and API integration, with opportunities to work on user management, authentication systems, and cloud infrastructure. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement requiring at least two days in the office per week.

Responsibilities For Associate IT Infrastructure Engineer II

  • User lifecycle management: automating and securing user provisioning and de-provisioning
  • Providing secure authentication to all applications
  • Low-touch endpoint provisioning with required apps, configuration, management and patching
  • Providing safe and prepared IaaS area for cloud services consumption
  • Contributing to design, development and iterations on IT tools and automations
  • Developing architectural requirements and processes
  • Developing high-quality, secure, and maintainable code
  • Making well-reasoned design decisions and identifying potential issues
  • Explaining technical challenges to non-technical audiences
  • Working with IT support team for level 3 incidents

Requirements For Associate IT Infrastructure Engineer II

  • Development/scripting experience in Python
  • Proven comfort with Linux (desktop and server administration)
