This role focuses on embedded communications systems development and requires expertise in C/C++ and Python programming. The position demands a combination of technical leadership and hands-on development skills, particularly in mission-critical solutions supporting Mission Systems.

The role involves leading small teams, managing technical proposals, and ensuring delivery of high-quality embedded software solutions. Key responsibilities include driving software engineering excellence, coordinating software execution, and translating customer requirements into comprehensive solutions. The position requires strong skills in risk management and program cost estimation.

The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience with a STEM degree or 5 years with an advanced degree. A critical requirement is an active and transferable U.S. government Secret clearance, and U.S. citizenship is mandatory. Experience with multi-threaded real-time embedded applications, TCP/IP network applications, and cross-domain solutions is highly valued.
