Sr. Software Engineer – Finance Technology

Columbia Sportswear Company, a global leader in outdoor and active lifestyle apparel, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Finance Technology team. This role is central to their digital transformation initiatives, supporting four global brands and 500+ stores worldwide. The position focuses on SAP FICO module development and enhancement using ABAP programming.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom SAP solutions within the Finance and Controlling modules. This role requires strong technical expertise in ABAP programming combined with deep knowledge of FICO functionality. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration of systems.

Key responsibilities include developing high-quality ABAP programs, troubleshooting existing systems, participating in upgrades and migrations, and mentoring junior developers. The role requires 5+ years of experience with ABAP programming and SAP FICO modules, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
