Site Reliability Engineer

Commenda is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their mission of building the world's first global business console for multinational regulatory compliance. As the first dedicated SRE, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape the reliability vision and practices from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CTO, you'll work across teams to ensure 99.99% availability of their web app, backend services, and third-party integrations.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation, covering everything from infrastructure auditing and monitoring setup to CI/CD pipeline hardening and incident response protocols. You'll be responsible for implementing SLO/SLI programs, leading post-mortems, managing capacity planning, and championing security best practices. The position offers high autonomy and direct impact on business-critical systems.
