Blockchain Defi Developer - Quant Trading Team

Crypto.com is seeking a skilled Blockchain DeFi Developer to join their Quant Trading Team in London. This role sits at the intersection of decentralized finance and quantitative trading, offering an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge blockchain technology in a trading environment.

The position requires a developer with strong expertise in blockchain technologies, particularly in DeFi development across multiple ecosystems including EVM and Solana. You'll be responsible for implementing real-time trading applications, risk monitoring systems, and working on automated trading infrastructure. The role combines deep technical knowledge of blockchain systems with practical trading technology implementation.

As a DeFi Developer, you'll be working with modern technologies including JavaScript/TypeScript, NodeJS, and various blockchain SDKs. Your work will directly impact the company's trading capabilities through the development and optimization of DeFi applications and trading systems. The position offers exposure to both the technical aspects of blockchain development and the practical applications in quantitative trading.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and possess a deep understanding of Smart Contracts, AMM, and DeFi farming mechanisms. Experience with websocket programming and Linux systems is essential, while knowledge of trading systems and additional programming languages like C++ and Rust would be advantageous.
