Description For Staff Machine Learning Engineer
Culture Amp, the world's leading employee experience platform, is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to accelerate their capability in building and enhancing an AI-powered machine learning platform. As part of the Machine Learning Platform (MLP) team, you'll work with data scientists and engineers to provide a central LLM gateway, enabling product teams across Culture Amp to leverage Gen AI for impactful features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to ML engineering best practices
- Collaborate with and guide other engineers through pair/mob programming and solution designs
- Stay updated with the latest ML and AI technologies, integrating them into products
- Coach and uplift other engineers in the team
- Play a tech lead role and support leadership in defining long-term technical vision
Requirements:
- Python software engineering expertise
- Experience with ML lifecycle and MLOps
- Familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace)
- Understanding of transformer architectures and LLMs
- Experience with AI, machine learning, LLMs, and NLP
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
