As a Full Stack Software Engineer in the Innovation team, you'll be at the heart of rapid prototyping and iteration of new projects. The role demands a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise, working in a dynamic environment where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, project coordinators, and technical strategists.
The position offers exposure to a diverse technology stack, including Linux, Windows, AWS, Python, Rust, Node, and PyTorch. Machine learning is a core focus, involving dataset curation and work with advanced ML concepts and libraries. You'll be responsible for developing innovative solutions while balancing creativity with practical constraints.

Responsibilities For Full Stack Software Engineer - Innovation Team
- Rapidly prototyping and iterating on new projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to make key project decisions
- Developing new and innovative ideas to improve Darktrace's services
- Curating datasets and working with ML concepts and libraries
- Optimizing solutions for speed and scale
- Working with various infrastructures, languages and technologies
Requirements For Full Stack Software Engineer - Innovation Team
- Strong in at least one of Python, Rust, C++ with Linux operating system experience
- Experience fine tuning models (RNN, LSTM, BERT, LLM, CNN) and deploying them to production
- Strong knowledge of more than one programming language
- Experience developing software for Windows or MacOS
- Experience working with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Independent thinker with a startup mindset
