Responsibilities For QA Engineer (80% Automation Playwright/Cypress + Javascript/Typescript)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customer base
- Develop comprehensive test plans outlining test strategies, scope, resources, and schedule
- Design and execute test cases based on project requirements
- Conduct various types of testing including functional, system, integration, regression
- Identify, document, and track defects
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation
- Collaborate with software development teams
- Participate in grooming and requirements elicitation discussions
- Update and maintain regression test packs
Requirements For QA Engineer (80% Automation Playwright/Cypress + Javascript/Typescript)
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with Playwright or Cypress
- Knowledge of SQL queries
- Experience with Mocha/Jest or other test runners
- Experience with REST API testing tools
- CI/CD processes knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in performing exploratory-based testing
- Experience in onboarding junior colleagues
