Principal Systems Development Engineer

Dell Technologies is seeking a Principal Systems Development Engineer to join their Comms Hardware Engineering Team in Taipei, Taiwan. This role is crucial in the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production, focusing on PCIe, Ethernet, GPU, and DPU fields. The position involves leading electrical activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring design excellence.

The ideal candidate will work within Dell's System Development Engineering team, which is responsible for system architecture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing, and validation of layouts. You'll collaborate closely with designers, internal teams, and suppliers to deliver state-of-the-art products that meet industry standards and requirements.

As a Principal Systems Development Engineer, you'll be responsible for managing all electrical activities from development to sustain phase, working with both internal Dell teams and ODMs. The role requires extensive experience with Intel/Broadcom/Nvidia NIC cards design and system integration, along with advanced leadership skills and deep technical knowledge.
