Dell Technologies is seeking a Solutions Architecture Engineer 2 specializing in Azure VDI & IAM to join their Professional Services team in Bangalore (Remote). This role is part of the Solutions Architecture team that provides IT consulting expertise to customers. The position involves managing and troubleshooting Azure Hyper-V environments, SCCM & Intune platforms, and handling Identity & Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience with strong expertise in Azure VDI management and IAM tools. Responsibilities For Solutions Architecture Engineer 2-Azure VDI & IAM

Provide Azure Hyper-V Support, creates, updates and manages Hyper-V VDI Infrastructure
Troubleshoot license, policy, and application issues on VDI
Work on Identity & Access Management, Active Directory related incidents and requests
Assist other Client Engineers & Analysts with complex problems
Contribute to daily/weekly project update meetings
Stay current on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements

Requirements For Solutions Architecture Engineer 2-Azure VDI & IAM

4-7 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree
Strong experience managing Azure VDI, Intune & SCCM environment
Experience with L2/L3 incident troubleshooting
Good writing skills and ability to document processes
Experience working on Entra ID, Hybrid environment and AD Connect/Sync
Experience with SSO config, Role Management, DNS, Conditional access policy, MFA
Knowledge of ITIL principles and methodologies
Understanding of IAM tools like Sailpoint, IdentityNow
