DevSavant Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity, focusing on Latin America. You'll be working with GIS systems, building web applications, creating custom dashboards, and implementing integration solutions for enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of GIS experience, strong programming skills in JavaScript, Python, and SQL, and excellent communication abilities. You'll be working with various mapping tools and libraries including PostGIS, GDAL, QGIS, and GeoPandas.

Responsibilities For Professional Services Engineer
- Work with clients and partners to integrate apps and SNI tools into enterprise systems
- Build and maintain web applications and custom dashboards for geographic data
- Create custom report templates in various formats
- Build quotes and scopes of work for integration and customization
- Create user and developer documentation
- Work with open source mapping tools and libraries
- Help manage requirements & new product features
- Provide feedback on design and development of new product features
- Write software following established conventions and best practices
Requirements For Professional Services Engineer
- 3+ years of experience working with GIS processes and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical background with ability to communicate with engineering team
- Excellent teamwork & collaboration skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
