As a Data Engineer in the Security team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing robust data pipelines and platforms that support the company's cybersecurity initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills in Python programming, cloud services (particularly AWS), and data engineering concepts. You should have experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD practices, and a solid understanding of data storage architectures.
This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $99,600 to $146,800 depending on location and experience, plus comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities For Data Engineer, Security
- Design, build, and fine-tune data pipelines to load data into data warehouse
- Analyze and refactor existing Python-based file ingestion processes
- Troubleshoot pipeline failure and implement quality checks
- Reduce manual intervention through automation in data pipelines
- Create detailed runbooks documenting existing and new data platform processes
- Design modular, reusable Python code via IaC
- Assist with Data architecture, building and validating data architecture
- Build and maintain data platform with goal of scalability and validation
Requirements For Data Engineer, Security
- Minimum 3+ years of related experience in Cloud development using AWS services
- Strong programming skills in Python and other object-oriented languages
- Experience using source control systems (GitLab, GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with IAC, such as Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK
- Experience in SQL and understanding of data storage systems architectures
- Experience with scripting using BASH, or SHELL
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field
