Disney Experiences Software Engineering Intern, Summer 2025

The Walt Disney Company is seeking Computer Science students for a paid, 12-week summer internship program designed to provide sophomores and juniors the opportunity to apply their technical skills to real-world projects with industry leaders in Technology. The Disney Tech Internship program offers professional development, mentorship, networking opportunities, and career placement assistance. Interns will work on challenging projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, making a significant impact on some of the most successful brands in the entertainment business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in agile teams alongside talented technologists
• Designing, building, and maintaining data structures for reporting and monitoring key performance indicators
• Collaborating with business, analytics, and engineering teams

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C++) and REST APIs
• Proficiency with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Node, or React
• Strong problem-solving and analysis skills

Education requirements:

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Returning to school following the internship

Program details:

• 12-week summer internship from May/June through August/September 2025
• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Interns must provide their own housing and transportation

The internship offers exposure to Disney Experiences Technology, which creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company's premier vacation brands, including Disney's Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club.
