Description For Sales Business Development Manager-Travel Agency Sales

Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Sales Business Development Manager (SBDM) for their Travel Agency Sales division. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to drive portfolio revenue growth with a special focus on Disney Cruise Line expansion. The role involves managing 10-20 large host, franchise, and cruise-focused agencies in an assigned territory, while promoting all six domestic Disney Destinations products.

The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of proven Travel Industry experience in sales business development, demonstrating expertise in relationship building with C-Suite contacts and successful product training facilitation. The position requires strong strategic planning abilities, deep knowledge of the Disney brand and products, and excellent analytical skills.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, conducting sales calls, providing product training, and managing program budgets. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $98,600 to $132,200 annually, plus comprehensive benefits including health coverage, savings plans, educational opportunities, and unique Disney perks.
