Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Decision Science
- Manage direct reports including managers and professional staff across technical disciplines
- Lead complex projects and initiatives including scope negotiation and resource allocation
- Lead R&D on emerging science, technology, and tools
- Oversee analytics platform projects development
- Develop and implement company-wide analytics training strategy
- Lead technical team in developing analytical training programs
Requirements For Senior Manager, Decision Science
- 10+ years experience with Bachelor's degree or 8+ years with Master's degree in decision science or related field
- Experience managing and leading teams
- Competence in multiple analytical domains (statistics, optimization, machine learning)
- Proficiency in mathematical computing and programming
- Experience in R&D and analytics platform development
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Master's or Ph.D. in technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
