Walt Disney World is seeking an Industrial Engineering Intern for Fall 2025. This internship offers a unique opportunity to apply Industrial Engineering skills in a world-class entertainment environment. Interns will conduct analysis projects in operational planning, workload forecasting, capacity utilization, and process improvements. They will use various Industrial Engineering techniques such as data collection, computer simulation, statistics, and process flow analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Industrial Engineering analysis projects
- Ensuring appropriate methodologies and tools are applied in projects
- Leading and participating in team efforts
- Interfacing with all levels of cast and management
The internship runs from August 2025 to December 2025 and is located in Orlando, FL (Walt Disney World). Interns must provide their own housing and transportation.
Required qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Willingness to learn new software applications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's Industrial Engineering program
- Intended graduation date on or after December 2025
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior related work experience with a focus on problem-solving
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

- Lead and participate in team efforts
- Work on projects which require interfacing with all levels of cast and management

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's Industrial Engineering program
- Intended graduation date on or after December 2025
