The position involves taking ownership of front-end architecture across multiple applications and leading efforts to deliver performant, maintainable, and cohesive user experiences. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies including React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools while integrating advanced AI capabilities into real-world, high-impact products.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of front-end development experience and will be responsible for designing scalable architectures, mentoring team members, and establishing best practices. Key responsibilities include leading front-end architecture design, maintaining component libraries, collaborating across disciplines, and championing best practices in accessibility and performance. Responsibilities For Staff Front-End Engineer
- Lead the design and evolution of scalable, modular front-end architecture using modern best practices
- Mentor front-end engineers, conduct code reviews, and set standards for quality, accessibility, and performance
- Design and maintain a shared component library using React, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn/Radix
- Work closely with backend engineers, UX designers, and product managers to deliver features
- Improve front-end tooling, testing strategies, and developer workflows
- Champion accessibility, performance, testing, and continuous refactoring
- Write clean, scalable code and introduce front-end best practices
Requirements For Staff Front-End Engineer
- 7+ years of front-end development experience, including significant experience with React and modern TypeScript
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining component libraries and scalable front-end architectures
- Deep understanding of state management patterns and performance optimization techniques
- Experience integrating with design systems and implementing accessible, responsive UIs
- Experience defining and implementing testing strategies
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions and mentoring sessions
- Experience in Agile teams and comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
