Senior Software Engineer

Einride, founded in 2016, is revolutionizing road freight with digital, electric, and autonomous technologies. As the first company to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on public roads in Sweden (2019) and the US (2022), Einride serves major global shippers, including Fortune 500 companies, across 8 countries.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll join the team responsible for core transportation systems and APIs, which form the backbone of Einride's freight management platform for electric vehicles - Saga. You'll work on services handling, planning, and executing transport demand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing backend systems using Go, gRPC, and Google Cloud Platform
• Working in empowered product teams focused on fast customer value delivery
• Enhancing the backend technology stack and architecture
• Solving complex system requirements for B2B transportation use cases

The ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of backend development experience (Go experience is a plus)
• Experience with business systems and translating complex processes into effective designs
• Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environments
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills
• Curiosity about new technologies and a T-shaped skill set
