New Grad: Product Engineer

ElectronX is an innovative electricity exchange designed for the energy transition, offering a unique opportunity for a New Grad Product Engineer to join their team. As a CFTC-regulated financial exchange (subject to approval), ElectronX provides derivatives products that capture intraday price fluctuations of the rapidly changing electrical grid.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Product and Lead Product Engineer to take the UI from a 0 to 1 state. You'll be involved in full-stack development using React, creating reusable components, troubleshooting complex frontend issues, and ensuring data consistency. This position is perfect for someone with a curious mind, entrepreneurial drive, and a passion for building products that solve real-world problems.

Key responsibilities include collaborating on product development, designing scalable systems, and driving the adoption of best practices. The ideal candidate will have some understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, experience with databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and enthusiasm for learning about high-performance web design.
