Responsibilities For Engineer - Serialization Lead, Packaging and Automation

  • Delivery of serialization system in new packaging lines
  • Provide technical leadership to drive projects to completion
  • Partner with business support team within GSP
  • Develop understanding of Serialization solutions
  • Assist Packaging sites globally with process improvements
  • Help prioritize change agenda and participate in serialization change management
  • Provide serialization support for site audits
  • Provide Core Solution Leadership
  • Knowledge sharing and technical support to site packaging engineering groups

Requirements For Engineer - Serialization Lead, Packaging and Automation

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 2+ years packaging, automation, or software experience
  • 2+ years experience in GMPs and computer systems validation (CSV)
  • Experience in serialization and full track and trace
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Knowledge of machine vision technologies
  • Knowledge of the Systech Serialization solution
