Responsibilities For Senior AI Test Engineer
- Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for AI/ML models in production
- Develop automated test scenarios to evaluate model performance, detect data drift, and identify algorithmic bias
- Collaborate with Data Science and MLOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Validate data consistency, integrity, and traceability of datasets
- Support verification of data pipelines and model integration into cloud environments
- Build automated testing tools for ML/AI models
- Implement monitoring systems for anomaly detection and model stability
- Work with ML engineers, developers, and project managers
- Document test plans, results, and improvement recommendations
Requirements For Senior AI Test Engineer
- 6+ years in software or test engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems
- Experience validating production-grade models and implementing automated test suites
- Strong proficiency in Python and testing frameworks (PyTest, unittest)
- Familiarity with AI testing tools (DeepChecks, Great Expectations, MLflow)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and CI/CD tools
- Solid understanding of ML/AI models and their potential vulnerabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Qatari Arabic & English, both spoken and written
