Senior Process Engineer

Eriez, a global leader in separation technologies established in 1942, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their team in Erie, Pennsylvania. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will independently apply advanced engineering techniques and analysis within the discipline, developing designs that require innovation and ingenuity. Your primary focus will be on utilizing mineral processing and metallurgical methods to select and promote Eriez flotation technology solutions for minerals industry applications.

Key responsibilities include managing flotation testing programs at Eriez' global flotation laboratory, leading pilot scale test programs at customer sites, and supporting North America aftermarket services. You'll also be involved in determining flotation flow sheets, preparing process engineering deliverables, and assisting with product development and commercialization efforts.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, or materials) and 8-10 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as you'll be working with a broad range of international customers and presenting technical solutions.
