This role presents a unique opportunity to work with Fortune 500 companies' legal data, developing enterprise-grade software using the latest in Generative AI. You'll be responsible for building excellent Search and Natural Language query products on versatile legal knowledge bases, focusing on creating cloud-agnostic solutions while maintaining stringent security and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Search and NLP, with a strong academic background (Master's or Ph.D.) and 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies including LLMs, RAGs, and modern ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. Your responsibilities will span from research and development of advanced ML models to their deployment and optimization in production environments.

Responsibilities For Lead Search Quality Engineer
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models and algorithms for specific business needs
- Build, train, and deploy production-grade models with focus on scalability and efficiency

Requirements For Lead Search Quality Engineer

- Experience in semantic search and Information retrieval
