The Senior Machine Learning Engineer role offers a unique opportunity to work with proprietary legal datasets and build state-of-the-art Document AI systems. Responsibilities For Senior Machine Learning Engineer
- Design, build, and optimize Document AI systems for legal and medical documents
- Lead development in information extraction, retrieval, and RAG systems
- Translate product requirements into scalable ML systems
- Mentor junior MLEs and contribute to best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to iterate and deliver business value
- Implement advanced LLM adaptation techniques
Requirements For Senior Machine Learning Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning or data science
- MS or PhD in CS, ECE, Statistics, or related field with ML/NLP/Generative AI focus
- Strong background in NLP and model development with LLMs or transformer-based architectures
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with production ML systems and pipelines
- Knowledge of retrieval and RAG system design
- Experience with prompt engineering & LLM context optimization
- Understanding of LLM fine-tuning techniques
