Responsibilities For Lead Engineer Artificial Intelligence
- Lead the execution of ML, NLP, LLM deliverables in support of AI strategies
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate ML models into production
- Partner on execution of custom ML, Gen AI, NLP, LLM Models for batch and stream processing
- Develop and deploy AI models and algorithms
- Stay updated on AI research and technology advancements
- Provide mentorship for team members
- Champion ethical AI practices and ensure regulatory compliance
- Address data privacy, security, and bias issues
Requirements For Lead Engineer Artificial Intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (or High School Diploma with 4+ years experience)
- Expertise in designing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions
- Understanding of ethical considerations in AI systems
- 3+ years of project leadership experience including Agile and SAFE
- Advanced ability with machine learning frameworks and Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Gen AI solutions at scale (preferred)
