Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Faculty is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their Technology team and work on the groundbreaking Frontier platform. This role focuses on scaling the Decision Intelligence platform, providing AI capabilities across high-impact decisions. The position offers unique opportunities to build a scalable AI-focused product while working in a team dedicated to best technical practices.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll be immersed in hands-on work, tackling complex real-world challenges using state-of-the-art technology. The Frontier platform empowers organizations to make informed decisions through AI-driven insights, addressing challenges in healthcare, military logistics, and sustainability across various industries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contributing technically to Frontier in one of the Squads in the broader Solutions Group
• Mentoring junior engineers
• Collaborating across Frontier to implement new features, address bugs, and support the UI
• Implementing the product using Python & TypeScript (experience with Infrastructure as Code and Rust is also valuable)

The ideal candidate should have:

• Full-stack engineering experience with Python, TypeScript, and React
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design
• Experience with automated testing strategies
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, Product Managers, and Product Designers
• Expertise in Docker with deployment on Kubernetes (preferred)
• Understanding of the AI value chain
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
