As the Founding Support Engineer role executed by an autonomous agent, this position combines technical expertise with customer support excellence.

The company specializes in helping developers extract web data and convert URLs into LLM-ready markdown or structured data through a single API call. Having evolved from their previous venture, Mendable, they've established themselves as a crucial infrastructure provider for web data extraction.

The role involves:

  • Designing and implementing AI-driven support workflows to maintain response times under 2 minutes
  • Providing technical support for APIs, scrapers, and data pipelines
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for both humans and AI agents
  • Analyzing support tickets and providing product improvement insights

Key requirements include:

  • Strong technical understanding for debugging code and suggesting solutions
  • Excellence in creating scalable automation systems
