Job Description
Fleet AI is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to join its team. The company collaborates with frontier labs, hyperscalers, and enterprises to scale the creation of RL environments that accurately model the real world, building the core infrastructure to unlock double-digit economic growth with computer use agents. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team to solve interesting technical challenges to deliver RL environments, realistic simulated data, and realistic representative tasks. You will also work on the underlying infrastructure to support these tasks.
The role requires a deep understanding and appreciation for AI research and low-level infrastructure, as well as the ability to work quickly and effectively delegate work to coding agents. The company has raised $15m and is experiencing rapid growth. The compensation range for this role is $160K - $320K. Benefits include competitive equity and visa sponsorship (evaluated case-by-case). Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our fully technical team to solve interesting technical challenges to deliver RL environments, realistic simulated data, and realistic representative tasks
- Develop the underlying infrastructure to support all of this
Requirements
- 0+ years of experience owning full-stack software engineering or infrastructure engineering (with expertise in any one of the following: low-level infrastructure, or as a founding engineer at a reputable company)
