Lead I&C (Instrumentation & Controls) Embedded Software Engineer

GE Vernova is seeking a Lead I&C (Instrumentation & Controls) Embedded Software Engineer to join their I&C Engineering team within the GE Hitachi (GEH) Engineering organization. This role is critical in designing and implementing I&C electronic hardware and software systems for Nuclear Power Plants.

The position offers a competitive base salary range of $86,000 - $112,000, with additional benefits including performance bonuses and equity opportunities. As a Lead I&C Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering software, working closely with electronic hardware design and plant system operations teams. Key responsibilities include developing creative solutions for complex engineering problems, preparing design specifications, performing testing, and engaging with customers.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in electrical, computer, or software engineering, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in embedded software development. Knowledge of common computer languages, software development tools, and experience with coding conventions and testing are essential.
