This role combines software engineering with industrial automation, requiring expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and modern web technologies. The role involves designing and developing automation solutions, working with PLC and SCADA systems, and performing on-site installations and commissioning. You'll be responsible for coding, debugging, and testing automation software, while also conducting I/O tests and supporting process technologists during implementation.
The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in industrial automation, with strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens/Rockwell), SCADA systems (particularly Wonderware), and modern web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#). A degree in Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering is required, along with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities For Associate Automation Engineer-1
- Software design and development for automation and mechatronics projects
- Coding of PLC (Siemens/Allen Bradley platforms) and SCADA software (Wonderware platform)
- Debugging and testing of PLC and SCADA software
- Performing I/O tests at customer sites
- Installing and configuring main hardware and software products
- Supporting process technologist and I&C supervisor during commissioning
Requirements For Associate Automation Engineer-1
- Degree in Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or Electronics Expert
- 3-6 years proven experience in a similar position
- Mandatory experience in both PLC (Siemens/Rockwell) and SCADA (Wonderware) systems
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#
- Excellent knowledge of databases in MS SQL Server environment
- Excellent knowledge of SCADA systems
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% (domestic and international)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read P&IDs and layout drawings
