George Jon is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technical Services Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity. This role combines technical expertise in eDiscovery platforms with system administration and client support responsibilities. Responsibilities For Senior eDiscovery Technical Services Engineer

  • Provide expert-level frontend and backend support for eDiscovery platforms
  • Monitor and maintain client environments and troubleshoot issues
  • Create and maintain documentation for internal processes
  • Communicate with clients about incidents and system changes
  • Provide escalation support to the technical team
  • Log activities, time, and expenses in ConnectWise
  • Identify process and system improvements
  • Participate in occasional client site visits (up to 10% travel)

Requirements For Senior eDiscovery Technical Services Engineer

  • Strong understanding of EDRM Framework and eDiscovery solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of Relativity, NUIX, and/or Reveal software platforms
  • Expertise in Citrix NetScaler and application publishing
  • Proficiency in Windows Server Administration and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Knowledge of server, storage, and networking hardware
  • Experience with ticket management and issue tracking
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Relevant certifications (Relativity, Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, VMware) preferred
