Software Engineer - University Grad

As a University Graduate Software Engineer at Glean, you'll join a diverse team of curious and creative people working on impactful projects. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Own significant infrastructure problems from inception to production launch
• Write well-designed documents and high-quality, well-tested code
• Collaborate with a strong team to prioritize impactful projects
• Mentor junior engineers or learn from experienced ones

We're looking for recent graduates with:

• BA/BS in computer science or related field
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native applications, or ML/NLP
• Strong analytical and data skills
• Experience in recommendation systems, NLP, applied ML, or large-scale search/ranking systems
• Skills in building fast web applications
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule from our Palo Alto office

You should thrive in a customer-focused, cross-functional environment, have a proactive attitude, and strong coding skills in languages like Go, Python, Java, Javascript, or C++. We value candidates with solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles, as well as a passion for learning and staying current with industry trends.
