Responsibilities For Associate Lead Software Engineer

  • Oversee Application systems, architecture, design, data workflow, and system interfaces
  • Complete client maintenance and verify changes with quality and accuracy
  • Participate in development meetings and maintain client communication
  • Determine impact across component lines of development
  • Solve client software problems and identify bugs
  • Guide team members to finalize solutions
  • Act as an escalation point for allocated clients
  • Manage multiple team members and evaluate performance
  • Monitor team progression and conduct performance evaluations

Requirements For Associate Lead Software Engineer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering fields
  • Minimum 6 Years relevant experience
  • Experience in coding, designing, developing and analyzing data
  • Strong in OOPs concepts
  • Experience with ASP.Net Core, WEB Restful APIs, JQuery, LINQ or Java, Spring Boot
  • Database development skills in Oracle 12C PL/SQL
  • Understanding of Application Security
  • Experience with modernization architecture and tools (G5, Liquibase, Git, Jenkins, AWS)
