GMO, a global investment manager founded in 1977, is seeking a Technology Operations Engineer to join their Operations Engineering team. This role is responsible for supporting GMO's hybrid on-premises and cloud environment, managing 1500 Windows Server/Linux Systems across private and public cloud, along with storage, enterprise monitoring platforms, database operations, and application issues. The successful candidate will ensure the availability and optimization of all systems/storage infrastructure and monitoring platforms across public and private cloud.

The position is fully remote, covering Pacific Time Zone hours (9 am to 5 pm) Wednesday through Sunday, with potential flexibility on specific days. Part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience), strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, System Center Suite, CIFS filesystems, storage arrays, and Citrix. Experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services is essential, as well as scripting capabilities and understanding of monitoring methodologies.
