Job Description

Google is seeking an Application Engineer to join their Supply Chain Logistics team. This role combines backend development with supply chain automation, focusing on building and maintaining systems that power Alphabet's logistics operations. You'll work with a modern tech stack including Java, Angular/TypeScript, and Python, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Google.

The position offers an opportunity to work on full stack development with a primary focus on backend systems. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions, integrating with internal and external systems, and driving engineering productivity improvements in the logistics execution space.

As part of Google's Technical Infrastructure team, you'll contribute to the architecture that powers Google's vast product portfolio. The role combines technical expertise with business impact, as you'll be working directly on systems that optimize and automate supply chain operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers interested in enterprise systems and logistics technology. The position offers remote work flexibility within Mexico and provides exposure to large-scale systems integration and automation challenges. You'll be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence while working on solutions that have direct impact on Google's global operations.
