Responsibilities For Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Data, AI/ML
- Manage customer problems through diagnosis, resolution or implementation of new investigation tools to increase productivity for customer issues on Google Cloud Platform products like AI/ML
- Develop an understanding of Google's product technology and underlying architectures by troubleshooting, reproducing, and determining the root cause for customer reported issues
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders
- Work as part of a team of engineers/consultants that globally ensure customer support
- Understand customer issues and advocate for their needs with cross-functional teams
Requirements For Cloud Technical Solutions Engineer, Data, AI/ML
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or equivalent practical experience
- 9 years of experience in debugging code (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Perl, JavaScript)
- Experience in technical support, professional services, software development
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, holidays and on shift-based schedules as needed
