Google is seeking a Consumer Mobile Product Manager II for the Chrome Browser team, focusing on making the web better and more accessible across all platforms. This role combines technical expertise with strategic product management to shape the future of Chrome on mobile devices. The position offers a competitive salary range of $142,000-$211,000 plus additional benefits and equity.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching technical products and driving product vision. You'll work at the intersection of Chrome's Android team and the Android OS platform team, collaborating with various stakeholders including Engineering, UX Design, Marketing, Legal, and Privacy teams.

Chrome's mission is to build a better, more open web, available across all major platforms including iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, Linux, and Chrome OS. As an open-source project, Chrome's innovations in speed, simplicity, and security benefit the entire web ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include designing and launching experiments with analytics, engaging with the broader Chrome team on feature trade-offs, and taking ownership of cross-functional projects. Responsibilities For Consumer Mobile Product Manager II, Chrome Browser

  • Design and launch various experiments with analytics around usage metrics and business impact
  • Engage, and align with the broader Chrome team involving feature engagement trade-offs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UXD, and internal partners
  • Take responsibility for the overall planning, execution and success of cross-functional projects
  • Extend product strategy for certain segments of users and drive it forward

Requirements For Consumer Mobile Product Manager II, Chrome Browser

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
  • Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
